Event Description

Thanks for registering for our inaugural Stroller Stride, a 2.6 km walk (an ULTRA mini marathon) along the beach in Santa Monica, kicking off at Bay Street and finishing at the North Beach Playground.  Stroll, skate, shimmy, saunter to raise funds for mamas in need! 

We would love to have as many people strolling with us as possible on September 26, so please invite your friends and family to join you!  If they are unavailable, understandable.  The good news is those people can become your SPONSORS!  Go ahead and set up your fundraising goal now (we suggest $300 per person), and create a unique URL to send to your friends and family, who can in turn support you in your walk! (You will receive an email after you register with more info.)  Top 3 fundraising individuals will win first, second and third prizes.  One additional prize for the most creative individual (think decorating your stroller, pulling your friend in a wagon, or completing the entire walk on a unicycle-skies the limit).  Your creativity is bound to attract more donations from your sponsors.

Rundown of the event:

9:00 am    Meet at the starting point-2030 Ocean Ave Parking lot.  You’ll know where we are by the balloons flying high.  Come on over to our check in table and receive your t-shirt and swag bag!

9:15 am    Start strolling!

10:30 am   Finish line reception at North Beach Park-refreshments served, raffles and prizes awarded, kids can play!

11:30 am  Optional walk back to the starting point! (Or have your favorite person/Uber driver pick you up at the North Beach parking lot)
