 Orangetheory Fitness Outdoor Dri Tri

At Austin Landing, Miamisburg, OH at 9:00AM

 The Orangetheory Fitness Outdoor Dri Tri combines all the elements of an Orangetheory Fitness workout into one amazing challenge.  Participants start by completing a 2000m row using Waterrowers then move to the weight floor where you complete 300 reps of bodyweight exercises.  You finish with a 5k run/jog/walk.  This is a fun and unique fitness challenge for all fitness levels.

Registration Cost: $55 until September 17 then $60 from September 18-25

 Packet Pick-up: Friday September 24 at OTF Miamisburg 9am – 6pm
·       Day of packet pickup and registration: 8:00am

 Start Time: We plan on a wave start of 48 people per wave.  Waves will begin the race every 20 minutes. Race will start at 9:00am and continue until about 3:00pm. Please select your preferred wave start time during registration but please understand that waves will be consolidated the day prior to the event based on registration numbers.  Final wave start time assignments will be sent on the day prior to the race.
