Event Description

Montana Women's Triathlon is looking forward to our third event in 2017.  We had great success and feedback from 2015 and 2016 and we're going for it again in 2017.  We had more TRI Generation Teams last year, more young girls, lots of first timers, and experienced triathletes all come together for a great event.  We can't do it without our volunteers and appreciate that team supporting our racers.  Many thanks to St. Peter's Hospital and the Helena Parks and Recreation Department for sharing our vision to empower women through sport to improve health and happiness. We aspire to bring together a community of women who support and encourage each other through the entire process of training to participating in a multisport event. This event is for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes either individually or as a team.  Categories of team competition include healthcare, business, education, mother/daughter/daughter, and TRI Generation teams.

MTWTri supports organizations in our community that share our passion for women's involvement in sport. Girls Thrive of Helena "promotes strength, confidence, and community, one girl at a time" in the middle schools.  We are proud to support this effort.
