Event Description
Join us Saturday November 20, 2021, at 9 am at Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater as we celebrate all health care workers! Each runner will have their choice of one of these great 5 finishers medals presented at the finish line to either keep or gift to your favorite healthcare worker. Let them know that your effort to train and complete a 5K run or walk is in their honor for their tireless work especially in these last 24 months through some of our most difficult days. Every one who registers can use the discount code all capital letters/no spaces YOUARELOVED
This is an electronically timed 5K with shirts and great finishers medals for all runners and walkers. Awards will be presented to the first 10 males and first 10 females across the finish line (and as always “some special categories ” )…..the rest of us will be out there in good fun in an electronically timed but non-competitive 3.1 mile run or walk along the Ream Wilson Trail in Clearwater. We record your time electronically up to 59 minutes and registration includes a technical race shirt, sessions finisher's medal, and a post race party at Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater presented by Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer.
The race benefits the teens from Finish Lines For Scholarships 501c3
Check in is race day only beginning at 8:15 a.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater. There is plenty of parking in the Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater parking lot next to Baycare field home of the Phillies and Clearwater Threshers baseline.
The course is entirely flat and paved so it is stroller/family friendly. Our post race party is in the comfort of Buffalo Wild Wings.
Register early as the price goes up as the race fills so that we can slow down registration.
An email will go out to all registrants on Friday, the day before the race, with arrival and parking instructions along with your bib number assignment. Results will be posted at www.727CanRace.com on race day after the event.

Everyone is encouraged to find some fun scrubs to run in you don't have to be in health care to run for the scrubs!! But you do have to be willing to celebrate all healthcare workers with us
