Description: Run a quiet 5K through the beautiful Mines Falls in Nashua to help support Operation Delta Dog! Operation Delta Dog rescues dogs and trains them to be service dogs for veterans - all at no cost to our veterans!
Early Packet Pickup/Race Day Reg: 7AM for both packet pickup and same day registration.
Fees:
$30 pre-registration (on or before Oct 25)
$35 after Oct 25
5K with One Dog - $40 (on or before Oct 25)
**Virtual Event - $30
5K with One Dog: This category will allow runners to bring their dog and registrants will receive a finish line goodie bag for their dog (in addition to the race shirt and all other things the regular 5K offers). There will also be 2 prizes for this category: Top Team (human/dog) and Best Matching Outfits (human/dog).
Virtual Option: We learned a lot from the 2020 pandemic, one of which being the limitless virtual world, where scheduling conflicts and traveling are no longer a problem. You'll have all weekend to complete your preferred distance while receiving all the glory including all the swag and an even an opportunity to submit your race results. Unfortunately you won't be eligible for awards but you will have the opportunity to download a finishers certificate upon completion.
Team/Club Category: This is an easy and fun way to recruit your family and friends. Teams must consist of at least 2+ people. Prizes will be awarded for the largest & fastest team.
Swag: Participants registered by 10/25 will receive a custom run to rescue commemorative Run to Rescue t-shirt.
Awards:
Top Overall Male/Female
Medals to top three finishers in each category (Under 14, 15-19 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
Largest Team
Fastest Team ( Cumulative time for the top 2 finishers *Team gender is irrelevant.)
Post Race Festivities: Fun for the whole family including but not limited to: Live music, Touch a Truck, Vettes for Vets, Food Trucks, games, face painting, K9 demonstrations, silent auction, meet the Delta Dogs and more!
Beneficiary: 100% of proceeds will be allocated to Operation Delta Dog
