Dream Mile is back In-Person in Bay Area!
We are very excited to have everyone back this year! Considering the ongoing risk of coronavirus, we would like to follow all state and local guidelines to prevent the spread, and we strongly encourage all participants to abide by these regulations. All the participants get a T-Shirt and a Medal.
What is Dream Mile?
The Dream Mile is a Run / Walk Fundraiser event for Vibha, with the anticipated participation of 1000 patrons in the Bay-Area. The Dream Mile has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners in various cities across America. To date, the Dream Mile has raised more than $3M to support upwards of 180,000 children.
Who is it for?
The Dream Mile is for anyone who would like to walk or run a few miles to empower the dreams of underprivileged children.
Registration timings:
All the Registrations received till 11/10/2021, will be Chip Timed.
Registrations received after that will not be timed and will not be eligible for awards. One can still register to participate in the event without being timed.
Event day registration is possible between 6:30-7:30AM.
Early bird pricing ends on 9/20/2021.

Event Day Timeline:
06:45 am: Registration and Bib pick-up open
07:30 am: Bib pick-up & Registration close for Half Marathon
07:45 am: Warm-up start for Half Marathon
08:00 am: Half Marathon race start
08:30 am: Bib pick-up & Registration close for 5K/10K
08:50 am: Warm-up start for 5K/10K
09:00 am: 10K race start
09:15 am: 5K race start
10:00 am: Food service available
10:00 am: Award ceremony for 5K/10K
10:15 am: Award ceremony for Half Marathon
Please note that:
Kids 6 years and below are free to register for in-person event only
Start times may vary based on guidance from county
Awards:
Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place and Prizes in each of 5K,10K, and Half Marathon** categories
1st & 2nd prize for boys and girls aged 13 and under.
1st & 2nd prize for men and women (ages 13-20).
1st & 2nd prize for men and women (ages 21-30).
1st & 2nd prize for men and women (ages 31-40).
1st & 2nd prize for men and women (ages 41-50).
1st & 2nd prize for men and women (ages 50+).
** aged 16 and above only
Other Details:
Parking is within walking distance to the Start/Finish area.
We advise everyone to pick up their race bibs before the event to avoid unnecessary delays on the day of the event.
Friends can pick up bibs for you with the race confirmation.
Water Stations:
Aid stations will be located every 1.55 mile. Please carry additional water, if needed.
