Event Description
We are so excited to invite you to the Inaugural West Ponce Music Stroll 5k Fun Run & Dog Walk! At Fleet Feet Decatur we are all about community and we are excited for the opportunity to share who we are with you. We will kick off the morning by offering an event that is inclusive of all, even our furry friends. We will have a timer with a running clock, but this will not be a chip-timed event. We are going to have some fun, with no pressure!
The West Ponce Music stroll is a day of events bringing awareness to the businesses in the West Ponce District of downtown Decatur. West Ponce businesses open their patios and parking lots, transforming them into stages for a day of free, live music and fun during the third annual West Ponce Music Stroll spanning until 9pm. This years beneficiary is Decatur Makers. Proceeds from the race will benefit Decatur Makers and funding for the West Ponce Music Stroll. Thanks for supporting the West Ponce District!
Our post race atmosphere will be awesome and we are super grateful already to Decatur Screen Print & Embroidery, The Marlay House, Dancing Goats, Clarity Fitness, and The Yoga Box for helping us start the morning!
Schedule of Fitness Events:
7:00 AM: Check in opens at Fleet Feet Table
7:30-8:00 AM-Warm up with Clarity Fitness
8:00 Am: 5k Fun Run/Walk. Announcements and Start Waves will be assigned upon check-in.
8:30 AM: Dog Run/Walk(1 mile)
