This event is held close to my heart. As a way to honor my father, Richard Limb, I created and named this event after him. My dad has always been a King to me. I remember him sharing stories of his running in Santa Teresa County Park when he was young and the love he had for it. He loved the area so much that as an adult he settled into a home in the Santa Teresa area and lived there for more than 40 years! My dad was a respected English teacher at Leland High school until he retired. In years past, when I started this event, my dad would start the runners with a huge smile on his face! This event is my way to celebrate my pride and love for him! Join us in celebrating my father and enjoy a wonderful race with us!

- 8:00 AM — Runner check-in / Race day registration / Bib Pick-Up
- 8:45 AM — Trail briefing
- 9:00 AM — Start of all races
Half Marathon and 10 miler - 50% dirt roads, 50% single track, very hilly, awesome country, challenging with technical sections and rocky sections; covers most of the park; 4 aid stations.
10k - 75% dirt roads, 25% single track; very hilly, steep climbs, tough course, lots of great runnable sections, very enjoyable, 3 Aid stations.
5k - 100% dirt road, very hilly, steep climbs, tough course, very rewarding, great downhill run to the finish; 1 Aid Station.
