Event Description

Virginia Capital Fitness (VCF) 2022 Winter Running Training begins on Saturday, December 4th, at Lucky Road Run Center, inside Willow Lawn's 38 acres.  VCF will use Willow Lawn's available pavement to create  8 to 10 pace teams for 13.1 and 26.2 spring marathon training.  Training plans for the Shamrock Marathon (50th running) and Boston are available for all paid participants.  

NEW 9:30 to 10:30 run pace group added to VCF Running Team

If you "just want to run on Saturdays"  to stay fit without training for a particular 13.1 or 26.2 race, VCF has you covered.
