Rules for the race

Race duration is 21 days. Session starts on October 8th

On October 7th the participants learn Isha Kriya and Yoga Namaskar which they will practice during the period of the race.

This race is about bringing balance at various levels i.e., the mind and the body in order to celebrate life as a festival. In this regard we will address 3 fundamental aspects of our lifestyle which are AAHARA - nourishment, VIHARA - activity and PRATYAAHARA - gaining mastery over external influences.

For the Aahara - participants will consume 30% raw foods.

For the Vihara - participants will learn and practice Yoga Namaskar(minimum 10 mins daily). You can continue your regular exercise regime along with the practice of Yoga Namaskar. One may even enhance their activity with 5K fun runs with family and friends.

For the Pratyaahara - participants will practice Isha Kriya (using 11 mins video).

Throughout the duration of the race, post pictures and or drop in a message to inspire others.

Sky is the limit for fireworks but this Deepavali there are no-limits for the joy within.
