Event Description

Raise the Bar is excited to bring triathlon back to a favorite race venue on the eastside - the rennovated Lake Sammamish State Park. The short-course race includes a .5 mile swim, 14.8 mile bike, and 3 mile run. This is a USAT Sanctioned Event. You may register as an individual or relay team of 2 or 3 people.

NEW- adding a Super Sprint to this event. The Super Sprint will begin with a .25 mile swim, then continue with the same sprint course of a 14.8 mile bike and 3 mile run
