Event Description

The Turkey Trot for Heroes 5k celebrates the accomplishments and the lives changed by SDIA while encouraging everyone to Get Off The Couch! 
There are 2 categories to choose from; The traditional 5k Turkey Trot or the Wild Gobbler that includes 5 CrossFit workouts throughout the 5k run.
We encourage everyone to participate at their comfort level and adhere to social distancing guidelines as they see fit.  While staying at home has become the norm for so many of us, our nation's military and first responder professionals, our protectors, our "Sheep Dogs" need our help more than ever to stay engaged in life.
