This New event features running, biking and SUPing - instead of swimming, with two distances for athletes to choose from: Super Sprint or Sprint, plus a SUP-Run and a 10 Mile SUP Race.

The new TBF SUP Triathlon offers two distances for athletes to race.
The Super Sprint TBF SUP Triathlon and the Sprint TBF SUP Triathlon plus a SUP-Run and a 10-Mile TBF SUP Race.
Included for each athlete is a TBF SUP Triathlon 5-liter Waterproof Gear Bag plus a TBF SUP Triathlon Finisher Run Visor and post race food and refreshments.

TBF SUP Super Sprint Triathlon: 1 mile SUP-5 mile road Bike-1 mile Run
TBF SUP Sprint Triathlon: 5 mile SUP-10 mile road Bike-3 mile Run
TBF SUP Run: 5 mile SUP-3 mile Run
TBF SUP Race: 10 mile (two-lap course) SUP
Relay Teams
Relay Teams are available for the TBF SUP Sprint Triathlon. Teams consist of one SUP athlete, one cyclist and one runner. Entry fee includes three TBF SUP Triathlon Waterproof Gear bags and post race meals. Awards will be first overall in Male, Female and Coed divisions for TBF SUP Sprint Triathlon Relay Teams.
Packet Pick Up Information
Race packets will be available race morning from 6:30 am to 9 am at the race site.

Refund and Transfer Information
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
Race for FREE Information
Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteer Director Teri@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
