Event Description
Come and race in the most beautiful venue that we have near St. Louis! Innsbrook Resort is full of breathtaking views, lakes, and wooded acres. The swim is in gorgeous Alpine Lake followed by a fast bike on country roads. Your race ends with a challenging run taking you up and down a couple of gravel hills with the majority of the run miles on shady, grassy paths. Unique and wonderful!
We offer sprint and olympic distances with Aquabike and relay options!

Saturday, June 11 – Packet Pick Up
Swim Bike Run, Chesterfield (14830 Clayton Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017)
1pm – 5pm
You CANNOT pick up someone else’s packet.
BRING: USAT Card, Driver's License
Sunday, June 12 – RACE DAY
Alpine Lake Boat Ramp (directions below!)
4:30-5:45am – Race day packet pick up & bike/gear check in
4:30am – Transition Opens Athletes only in the transition area, we will check your wrist band that you will find in your packet
6:30am – Transition Closes – you will NOT be allowed back in
6:25-6:45am – tentative swim warm up
6:30am – athletes line up to start & PRE-RACE TALK
6:45am – All triathlon participants will line up in order of race distance, longest to shortest. We will have signs to guide you to your start group. We will start you shortly after you are lined up.
The start will be time-trial style with 4 athletes starting every 10-15seconds.
ON COURSE NUTRITION:
Water and electrolyte drink on the run, carry your bike nutrition and hydration
SPECTATORS
We are allowing spectators, and this is a super fun race for them! Bring a chair!

After you enter and get through the gate, make a right turn immediately! That is APEN WAY DR.
Turn Right on MEADOW VALLEY DR.
Turn Left on LAKE KONSTANZ
Turn Left on ALPINE LAKE DR
Stay on this until you see the lake on the right. You will turn left immediately to park in the huge field. Volunteers will direct you!
