Event Description

The Wild Rose Women's Sprint Triathlon is a great beginner race or just a great race to celebrate being a woman and a triathlete. 

Each swimmer will do 150 yards in an outdoor pool. 

The bike course is a five (5) mile loop on rural roads within the City of Loudon and Loudon County. The terrain is mainly flat and fast. No aid stations on the bike.

The run course uses the surrounding roads and the greenway for a 4K run. Aid stations will be on course.

In addition, the 5k is back and open to men, women, children, strollers, and pups. The course will consist of surrounding roads and greenways!

Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three female finishers & top female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following Female age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Athena. Open Relay Division: Female.
