Event Description

Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in the US since 1949. This special month provides a much-needed reminder that mental health is essential to healthy living. Many of our youth are experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues that can lead to major issues such as low self-esteem, family/friend conflicts, behavioral issues, self-harm, and suicide. Joining us on May 21st will help us help those who are uninsured or underinsured and in need of mental and behavioral health services. Working with youth now will ensure that they grow into strong, healthy, and successful adults.

Join us for a fun-filled evening with music, raffles, food, vendors, a 5K run on the grounds of Brandywine Creek State Park, and of course GLOW POWDER! Run at your own risk!!!

100% of the proceeds from the Living Dead Color Run will be used to assist our team in the areas needed as we work diligently to make a difference in the lives of youth and families who are uninsured or underinsured. Our goal for this run is to ensure that we are always able to help individuals, families, and our community where it counts...mental health is just as important as physical health.

It will be a blast...don't miss it!
