Ansley’s Army of Angels Equine Assisted Learning Center is coming in 2022!!!

Ansley was a little girl who came to us at the age of 6 after being diagnosed with DIPG, a rare form of brain cancer. She came with the need of hippotherapy to allow her to keep moving and continue being as functional as possible for as long as possible knowing those abilities would eventually be nonexistent. Through her journey here in our hippotherapy program, we saw the need for more for her, we saw the need for emotional counseling, not only for herself, but for her family as well. When she passed in July of 2021, we were determined to keep her memory alive here at the farm, and fulfill that need of counseling for other children and families. After much discussion and planning, we are excited to announce we will be building an equine assisted learning center to encompass the body, mind, and spirit of not only children fighting cancer, but their families, foster children, and veterans through our P.E.A.C.E. program (Powerful Equine Assisted Counseling Experience) free of charge. We are very excited to begin this journey of helping so many more people in our community.
