Event Description

Join the fun and run/walk the  family friendly 4th of July 5k Road Race or
Challenge yourself with the 10K Epic Challenge Cross Country Trail Race.

These are the chipped timed local races where
horses, unusual pets, and mini horses are the spectators.

Early Registration until April 15th: 5k - $30; 10K - $38.

During this Nineth annual 4th of July Pre-Parade 5K Race runners of all levels, abilities, and ages will traverse the rural and picturesque Orange Park Acres "a little bit of country surrounded by city".  The 5K race closely follows the "4th of July" Parade route, a 50 plus year tradition. This race welcomes running strollers.

The unique Epic Challenge 10K Cross Country Trail run is not for the weak of knees or ankles. Prepare for multiple running surfaces: rutted dirt, mulch, sand, water crossing, some steep downhill terrain, and some road racing.

Custom Finishers Medals: First 650 registered participants crossing the finish line

Custom Medals: Top three (3) race finishers in Ten (10) age brackets for 5k, 
Eight (8) age brackets for the 10K
Lucky Horseshoe medal for First place finisher of each bracket.

Parking: Mara Brandman Horse Arena - Santiago Canyon Rd.

Race Shirts for Registrations received prior to June 10th.

Registration after this date are not guarenteed shirts.
