Run Dorr

Begin your morning witnessing the local American Legion Veterans raise our American flag, accompanied by the sound of taps and a 21 Gun Salute. 8:15am

Once we have stood for our National Anthem, it's go time....5, 4, 3, 2, 1, RUN! Or walk.

All are welcome to this family friendly event.

Our flat route will leave from Dorr's North Park, passing around town and weaving through neighborhoods before returning back to the park.

When you cross your finish line and receive your medal make your way to the concession stand for a celebratory slice of cake, Happy Birthday, America!

Festive attire is welcome. Let's wave that red, white and blue.

Overall fastest time winner.  Top finisher in each category will receive awards. Age Categories for each Male and Female:

• 14 - under
• 15 - 19
• 20 - 29
• 30 - 39
• 40 - 49
• 50 - 59
• 60 - 69
• 70+

Proceeds will be gifted to the West Michigan Veteran Assistance Program. Race time starts after the National Anthem! Approx. 8:30am

Packet Pick: Friday, July 1st, 3:30pm - 6:30pm also, morning of race 6:45am -7:45am which includes T-shirt, bib and a small American Flag.
