Come join Bodies in Training for our 2023 Winter/Spring season! 19 week club style training meeting Tuesday evening and Saturday mornings! Tuesdays will be workouts, Saturdays will be longer-ish runs. Season will begin the week of 1/31/23 and will end the 2nd week of June....just in time for Summertime fun and fitness! Anyone interested in training for the Cherry Mile 2023 is invited to sign up for BIT EXTENDED and get speed work training specifically for that event integrated into regular BIT training too!!
