The Hilton Head Island Marathon is returning on February 12, 2022 for another fun day of running through Hilton Head Island! Join thousands of runners across three distances (marathon, half, and 5k) and experience this scenic race that's one of the premier running events in the region. With all races finishing at the same after party, you'll celebrate your accomplishments with an after party featuring ice cold beer, free food, great tunes, and some incredible race swag!
