Race-Day Registration begins at 6:30 a.m.

& ends at 7:20 a.m.

Event details and schedule

Application: To enter, please mail completed registration form with payment (check or money order payable to Countryside Country Club)
attn: CCC Athletics, 3001 Countryside Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33761. You must return fully completed form with payment to be registered.
Release from Liability: In consideration of my entry being accepted into the 5K/1-mile Race, I waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I might have or hereinafter accrue to me against Countryside Country Club, their employees and volunteers, and other sponsors for any and all damages or injuries which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association with, entry or participation in this event. Should I suffer injury or illness, I authorize event officials to use their discretion to have me transported to a medical facility and I take full responsibility for this action. Entry fees are non-refundable including weather cancellation
& non-transferable. Race will run rain or shine. Strollers welcome, but NO PETS. No exceptions.
