Event Description

 We are pleased to bring this event back for 2022 after a long hiatus

Join us for our St. Patrick's Day Road Race on Sunday March 20th in Hamden, CT!  This is a 4 mile run on the Farmington Canal trail.

FREE BEER for those finishers who have valid ID and at least 21 years old as of race day. Snacks and other refreshments provided post-race.

Packet-Pickup (At Race site):
Between 7:15 am to 8:15am on March 20th

Same day registration will be offered at packet pickup

Our printer requires us to place our shirt order by March 1st (to ensure the shirts are ready for race day). The volume of shirts we order is based on the number of registrations. The only way to guarantee a t-shirt and/or desired size is to register before the t-shirt deadline.
 
Course Information:
The race will have a rolling start to provide for safe social distancing. The 5K will start at 8:30am.

Its' not uncommon for the Farmington Canal trail to have snow and/or ice in March, please plan to run in all weather conditions.
 
Awards
Awards are based on overall race time (not on an athletes chip time). We award prizes for the following categories:
Overall Finishers – The Top 3 Males and Females (Overall award winners are not eligible for age group awards)
Age Group Finishers – The top 3 male and female finishers in these age groups (age calculated on race day)
19 and Under
20 – 29
30 – 39
40 – 49
50 – 59
60 – 69
70 and Over
 
Transfers
 If you have registered and cannot race with us, please contact us as soon as possible and we can work with you to transfer your entry into another race or category. All transfers must be completed before online registration closes.
