GRIT GAMES VIRTUAL COMPETITION
The Pro Division is a Grit Games Pro Division Qualifier
5 Workouts to be completed during the month of February from anywhere on Earth.
Workouts 1 & 2 will be done and submitted in the first week. Jan 30th - Feb 5th
Workout 3 will be done and submitted the second week. Feb 6th - 12th
Workout 4 will be done and submitted the 3rd week. February 13th - 19th
Workout 5 will be done and submitted the 4th week. February 20th - 28th
PRO DIVISION Workouts:
This is a Grit Games Pro Division Qualifier
1. STRENGTH - “So Over This”
max reps of Over The Shoulders in 5 mins (100lbs/80lbs)
Submission Standard: Must be filmed and submitted unbroken in its entirety.

2. SPEED - “Your Everyday 5k”
Run a 5k
Submission Standard: Must be submitted using an approved device: Garmin, Polar, or Coros, Suunto. etc.

3. Obstacle - “Hang Time”
max dead hang
Submission Standard: Must be filmed and submitted unbroken in its entirety.

4. OCR - “Psych”
For Time
- 800m run
75 Wall Balls (20lb-10ft/14lb-8ft)
50 - Box over Burpees (24 inch)
25 - Strict Pullups
-800m run
Submission Standard: Must be filmed and submitted unbroken in its entirety including 800m run
800m portions must be submitted using an approved device: Garmin, Polar, Coros, or Suunto, etc.

5. ENDURANCE - “Never Ending Party Mile”
1 mile farmers carry for time (53lbs/44lbs)
10 burpees every time you set the weights down.
Submission Standard: Must be filmed and submitted unbroken in its entirety.
Must be performed on an official 400m track.

Must complete and submit all workouts to be on the final leaderboard.
OPEN DIVISION
NOT a qualifier for the Pro Division of The Grit Games
Check the RULE BOOK for all movement and submission standards.
There WILL be a leaderboard for the OPEN DIVISION this year.

*10 burpees every time weights drop

When: January 30th through February 28th!!
Each workout will need to be completed and submitted within the mentioned dates for that workout.

Feb 6th - 12th: Obstacle/Grip - "Hang Time"
February 13th - 19th: OCR - "Psych!"
February 20th - 28th: ENDURANCE - "Never Ending Party Mile"
Where: Wherever you are on planet earth!
Cost: $39 (price includes all 5 events, and a T-shirt)
Prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female in each division will get a super fancy winners plaque.
