YogaFit is hosting our first Virtual 5K on Valentine’s Day.
2020 and 2021 have left so many of us drained emotionally, physically, and mentally. It’s time to bring our focus back to our full body health as we turn the page on this year, and we invite you to join us for our first annual Virtual 5K and Love Yourself into 2022. We invite you to move with us in any way your body allows, whether you walk, jog, run, hop or crawl. We look forward to our community across the world joining us as we love ourselves into 2022.
All proceeds from this event will go toward the YogaFit Do Good Be Good Scholarship Fund, to provide yoga teacher training to deserving members of our communities and allow more students to move through our program and teach safe, effective yoga to the masses.
