Event Description

Sponsored by Friends of Lake Apopka (FOLA), cycle around one Florida's true treasures. For a tax deductible donation of $45 you can chosse from 4 routes; t-shirt included. Additional donations appreciated

Choose from 8, 16, 32, 40 mile rides. The 40 mile ride starts in downtown historic Winter Garden, 104 S Lakeview Ave, Winter Garden, FL 34787 (City Pavilion)

All other distances start at Magnolia Park (2929 S Binion Rd, Apopka, FL 32703) and are on non-paved, gravel trails.

Proceeds benefit Friends of Lake Apopka (FOLA), a 501(c)3 dedicated to continuing the restoration of Florida's 4th largest lake.

A hybrid, mountain, or cyclocross  style bike is strongly recommended for all distances.

 All ride distances start at 8:30am. Rest stops at approximately every 8 miles. SAG support provided until 1pm

The 40 mile ride includes great paved trails: West Orange Trail, South Lake Trail, and a gravel trail: Lake Apopka Loop Trail.

All ride participants will receive one free adult beverage at Crooked Can Brewery after the ride (426 W Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787)

Event shirt guaranteed to the first 150 registered riders. Riders may pick up shirts after the ride at the Crooked Can.

Event details and schedule

Helmets and a sign a waiver are required and everyone.  Please bring sunscreen and a couple of water bottles. This event will held be rain or shine.
