Celebrating 43 Years of Triathlon Tradition in the Heart Downtown Nashville!

With an awesome backdrop of the Nashville skyline and the East Bank Landing, this course features a point-to-point swim in the Cumberland River, with the current; a bike on a completely closed, traffic-free Ellington Parkway and a run on a flat out and back course.  

We continue to take all of the necessary precautions, as recommended by the CDC and local health departments in our host cities, to ensure a positive, healthy and safe environment for our racers, volunteers, staff, sponsors and spectators.  Always review pre-race emails for the most up-to-date information for your race.
