Every day you lace up your running shoes and put foot to pavement, you’re breaking down personal barriers to get to your best self. By Running the Rapids, you’re giving others the helping-hand they need to break their barriers. Thank you for helping us build up our community as you build up yourself!

Location: Portage Park, 25570 Katherine Ave, Cohasset, MN 55721
Course Information: It is a looped course, with the start and finish in the same place. Portions of the course are on Road. Please see Course Map for more information
Parking: Portage Park,25570 Katherine Ave, Cohasset, MN 55721
Check In: Will begin at 6:00am
Half Marathon Start: 7:00am
5k Start: 7:30 following start of Half Marathon
Food: Light snacks will be provided to Participants. If looking for Lunch, there are several area resturants just minutes away.

What to Wear: Please wear appropriate clothing.
Men: Running Shirt/ T shirt, running Shorts pants, Running shoes.
Women: Running Shirt/ T-Shirt, running shorts/pants, running shoes
Time Limit: Time Limit will be put in place for the Half Marathon. A 16 minute mile pace(3 hours, 22 minutes, 50 seconds) will be the minimum pace.
