Event Description

Outreach will be participating in Walking for Dreams on Sunday May 22nd at 1 pm! You may participate in person or virtually; please select the 'Virtual Walking in Hope' option if you would like to participate virtually. When you walk virtually, you can join the livestream on Facebook and walk with us from where you are! More details about virtual participation will be sent to those who register.

The walk will be taking place at a NEW and historic venue, Crown Hill, located at 700 38th St. This new venue will offer many ways to experience the architectural, cultural, and natural heritage that tells the story of our city, state, and country. Thousands of people go to Crown Hill every year for a tour, so they can experience the beauty of what this venue has to offer. 

This year, there is a registration fee of $30 ($15 for children ages 4 - 12)*. Children three and under do not need to be registered. You will still have the opportunity to create your own fundraiser in support of Outreach as an individual or with a team! Once registered, you can create a team to walk together and raise funds in support of Outreach or you can create your individual fundraiser page and encourage your family, friends, and colleagues to come alongside Outreach to help us reach our goal of raising $25,000 this year! The funds raised will help support transformational services and relationship building with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis.

To ensure that you receive a shirt, please register by the cutoff date of April 25th by 2 pm. Please note, we cannot guarantee shirts for those who register after this date.

This is a pet-friendly event, so animals are welcome to join in on the fun as well! Thank you for walking alongside Outreach and participating in Walking for Dreams this year. We can't wait to see you on Sunday May 22nd at Crown Hill Cemetery!
