Event Description
Join the Fredericksburg Nationals and the Fredericksburg Area Running Club for a fun day in FXBG honoring our Veterans. Be one of the first people to run this inaugural event and run all the way to home base... literally! Both races finish on the field in the stadium. Your friends and family can cheer you on as they watch you cross the finish line on the scoreboard. The party doesn't stop there! Spend the morning playing yard games on the field or try winning prizes in one of our crazy contests. Enjoy a beer and concessions then check out the military displays. Update your Instagram/ Facebook pictures posing with Gus, the FredNats mascot. There are more surprises in the works so follow us on FB & Instagram @runfarc.
Profits from the race will be donated to Team RWB Fredericksburg Chapter. Team Red White and Blue is an amazing non profit organization whose mission is "to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity." Bravo Mile begins at 9:30am and 5K begins at 10:00am, so you can sleep in a little and make it a day at the ball park with family and friends. Here are just a few reasons you should come out and run with us:
