Event Description: Please plan to join us for this very special new road race that promises to be an AMAZING EVENING!    The inaugural “Jog & Jam” 5K at LakePoint Sports – Friday evening – June 24th, 7:00 PM Race Start time!  Come and enjoy both a truly unique race route that will take advantage of all of the amazing facilities  and surrounding mountain views that the LakePoint Sports Campus has to offer! Then, post-race…DON’T LEAVE!  Hang around and enjoy the evening with Live Music, Food Trucks, and even Adult Beverages!  It promises to be a one-of-a-kind Summertime Friday Night event in N. GA that you do NOT want to miss!!!! 

Registration:
*$25 Pre-Race Registration Fee (Runs until 11:00 PM, Sunday evening, June 19th.  You must register by this date to guarantee your T-shirt size and lock in at the reduced rate!) 
*$35 Race Day Registration Fee 

Start/Finish Lines & Race Route:  Come and enjoy what will truly be a unique route that will leverage ALL aspects of the LakePoint Sports Campus!  Starting and Finishing on the LakePoint Sports Multi-Purpose Fields, the route will circle the campus taking advantage of the amazing facilities that LakePoint Sports has to offer! Including the “road to nowhere” that will take you up and down for a scenic evening view of the campus and surrounding N. GA Mountains! 

Race Day Parking:
*There is PLENTY of Event Parking within the LakePoint Sports Complex!  More information on parking will be communicated via email prior to the race! 

Pre-Race Packet Pick-up for those pre-registered:
Pre-Registration Packet Pick-up will be held Thursday June 23rd. from 11:00-5:00 and Friday, June 24th, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Big Peach Running Company’s Cartersville Store located at 402 E. Church St., Suite 107, Cartersville, GA.   

Race Day Schedule of Events:
*5:00 PM Event Opens with Food Trucks, Sponsors, and Vendors.   
*5:30 PM Race Day Registration Opens
*6:45 PM Race Day Registration Closes – Pre-Race Announcements
*7:00 PM Race Start!
*8:00 PM Awards – Music – and Festivities!!!  

Awards:
Awards will be given to the following: 
*Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female Winners
*Top Masters Male and Top Masters Female Winners
*Top 3 Male & Female in the following Age Categories: 10-Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over
