Event Description

The Flat & Furious 5K - Bradford: You will experience a section of the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail along the causeway over Lake Todd as well as a section of the Tilly Wheeler Trail where you will see fitness stations along side. You'll also pass by the Appleseed Restaurant, Sweet Beet Market, Merrimack County Customs and Brown Memorial Library.

Proceeds go to maintaining the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail.  If you want to help build more rail trail to run on,  consider a donation as well.

Parking for this event is at Kearsarge Elementary School Bradford, 163 Old Warner Rd, Bradford, NH 03221.  We will organize a shuttle to get you to the start finish if you don't want to use the distance for your warmup/cooldown. (Approx 1.75 mile)

The Flat & Furious 5K courses will introduce you to sections of the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail in Concord, Hopkinton, Warner, Bradford and Newbury. Each Flat & Furious 5K will be on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM.  Come experience five different sections of the Concord-Lake Sunapee Rail Trail over the summer. May 19 - Warner; June 16 - Hopkinton July 21 - Concord; August 18 - Bradford; Sept 15 - Newbury.  Sign up for the series bundle!
