Get moving for a good cause at the Move for Love Seattle 5K
Move for Love Seattle is a timed community 5K walk/run to support One Love Foundation’s goal to end relationship abuse. The walk/run is presented in partnership with the Seattle Seahawks and will be held at Lumen Field on Saturday, May 21. In addition to the timed 5K walk/run, Move for Love Seattle will include fun activities for the whole family including a beer garden and kids zone.
For a limited time, you can save 30% with early bird registration through April 29, and register for $35 to benefit One Love Foundation.
One Love’s mission is to educate young people about the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, and empower them to identify and avoid abuse.

The route for the Move for Love Seattle 5K walk/run will be held ON THE CONCOURSE OF LUMEN FIELD!
RUNNER BENEFITS
All registrants will receive a racing bib, participation medal, and a One Love T-shirt.
AMENITIES
We will have a bag/gear check station onsite, as well as water stations and portable restrooms. In addition, following the race there will be a family-friendly festival, featuring a beer garden, fitness boot camps, entertainment, and a kids zone.
POLICIES
Move for Love and Lumen Field will continue to follow all state and local public health and government requirements for outdoor events to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, staff and volunteers.
Vaccine Policy:Move for Love participants age 12 and over will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry at Lumen Field. A photo of your vaccine card works as proof. In lieu of vaccination verification, participants may also present a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to the event. Documentation must be from a testing agent such as a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy. Self-administered rapid tests will not be accepted.
Mask Policy: In accordance with the current Washington state and King County mask mandates, until further notice all Move for Love participants, staff and volunteers will be required to wear masks at all times except while actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. This includes both indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium.
One Love reserves the right to modify these health and safety guidelines by notifying all participants in advance of the event.
