Event Description

Changing Health Awareness Together is hosting its 2nd, annual 5k run! Our primary goal is to promote health and fitness in our community as well as bring awareness to the Juneteenth Holiday.  The event is also organized as a fundraiser for our non-profit organization that seeks to increase health awareness and patient advocacy in underserved demographics.
