Join us this June for a month-long celebration and community by participating virtually in the fourth annual Brave The Storm 5k to shine a light on mental health.

Register to run, walk, or hike a 5k in the location of your choice and be a part of the inspiration and movement to spread hope and end the stigma around mental illness. We invite you to register for our Brave The Storm 5k and participate for reasons that are important to you — for health, for well-being, for a loved one. Whatever your motivation may be, join us and help spread a message of hope.
