Event Description
Swim: 100 meters, Bike: 2 Miles, Run: 1/2 Mile
OR
Swim: 200 meters, Bike: 3 Miles, Run: 1 Mile
POOL SWIM: Athletes will start individually, 5 seconds apart. Athlete will be swimming lengths of 50 meters each. Athlete will “snake” their way through lanes. Each lane will be going in only one direction.
BIKE: 1 mile loops. The bike course is a park road that will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event.
RUN: The run course will be through the Dix Hills Golf Course
