Event details and schedule

Spring is here and that means the Rock Recovery Run/Walk for Recovery 5k is back!

On September 10th, we invite you to grab a friend and enjoy a fun, family-friendly jog/walk/run through Arlington to raise critical funds for Rock's life-saving eating disorder treatment services and support resources. Following the run, stick around for a post-run snack at the Potomac River Running (PRR) store in Arlington, VA (Wilson Blvd.) and learn about the important work that Rock is doing in the community.

All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy this untimed event! Proceeds will go to help the incredible individuals Rock serves through it's unique eating disorder treatment programs, which provide life-saving, affordable, holistic care to those who struggle with eating disorders, exercise and body image issues.
