12th Annual Red Shoe 5k Run & Walk

Join us at the Red Shoe 5k on Sunday, October 2nd, 2022 with options for in-person and virtual registration!

You walk or run, and we’ll provide the fun.

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Washington, DC (RMHCDC) eases the hardship of children’s illness on families through programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children. The Red Shoe 5k Run and Walk is our signature annual event held to raise critical funding for our programs and the families that we serve.

You are invited to help us celebrate the 12th year of the Red Shoe 5k at Bull Run Park or virtually wherever you are. As this event continues to grow and change, our goal remains the same - to give our community a way to come together and have some fun while supporting families with a hospitalized child.
