Event Description

Did you know that 1 in 10 children will be abused before their 18th birthday?  One child abused is #OneTooManyNY.

But you can do something by participating in the One Too Many NY (Virtual) 5K Run/Walk on September 16th-18th, 2022.  Here's your chance to run, walk, jog, hike or bike, virtually or in some cases, in-person, to support one of 19 Child Advocacy Centers in NY state in their mission to end child abuse.   

This is our third year and once again anyone, anywhere can join the 5K fun and compete for prizes, take photos, and clock their best time as individuals or teams. When you register, select the Child Advocacy Center you wish to support and don't forget to grab a running buddy bandana for your furry friend too.

The funds raised from registration fees will assist one of New York state's Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) that are participating this year.  These Centers provide free healing services, support and justice to children and families in crisis and prevention education resources to communities throughout NY state.
