 1 point per lap

6 laps equals 6 points

Sunday 10K

1 point per 10k loop. 
the person/team with the. Most points wins.  If in the event there is a tie.

the person or team with the lowest total time time for the two days will be the winner.

‘this can be done as team with one person riding and one person running.

Or as a solo event.
