Event Description

Join us for the Score Factor DeSoto Walk, a walk to raise awareness about abuse and resources as well as to raise funds to support victims and survivors! 

We are excited to be on the scenic Roy Orr Trail at the DeSoto Parks and Recreation Center for an in person event this year! However, if virtual works better for you because of COVID concerns or distance - you have that option as well!!! It is a hybrid event and all are welcome!!

The address is 211 E. Pleasant Run Rd. DeSoto, Tx 75115. The location has plenty of shaded areas for walkers and runners to experience inspiring views including a nature trail, waterfall and benches in a beautiful park setting.

Get your friends and coworkers together to make a team or do it solo. Either way, lets show people who have or are currently experiencing abuse that we see them, we care about them, we honor them, and we are here for them! 

A portion of the proceeds will go to support a victim of domestic violence.

Score Factor community outreach is to bring awareness to domestic violence in DeSoto and Dallas County. We work to do this by increasing victim safety, empowering survivors, and advocating for social change.
