RUN: 5 Kilometers                                                                                  Run: 1 Mile

Bringing back the famous Greenwood Sprint Triathlon, this pool swim sprint triathlon is a can't miss event! Held at the Lakelands YMCA with a mostly flat bike and run course. Participants will test themselves against both competitor and the course itself! A great race for the veteran and first-time triathlete.
