IT'S BACK! 2022 MEMBERS ONLY RTC TIMED TRI SPRINT WORKOUT
Back by popular demand! Fill a gap in your race calendar by working out with us on Sunday, July 24. We'll have a timed swim-bike-run workout followed by a social at Robious Landing Park following the traditional Robious (I Love The Tavern) Sprint Tri course.
Swim: 800 meters (7:30 AM Start)
Bike: 18 miles
Brunch: 9:30 AM
Workout is limited to 50 members so SIGN UP now!
Members who register must plan to do the full tri workout (swim/bike/run). So that we can reserve space for those who plan for the full workout, there is no bike only, swim only option or relay option. Thanks for your understanding.
* Swim is all downriver - 800m from the Stone Harbor Dock
* Ride is out Robious Road to the end of Manikintown Ferry Rd and back
* Riders must follow all traffic signs and laws. There are several stoplights on the course
* Run is 5k through the park and neighborhood
This is not a race. There will be a clock at the run finish with a running time. There will not be official race timing. There are no awards.
So why do it? Put your stamina and fitness to the test with a full workout and it will be fun to see how you do!!
