Event Description

Be first!   Participate in the inaugural Williamston Sunrise Rotary Annual Harvest 5K.  
Join us at the Williamstown Township Park trails for a family-friendly 5k run/walk course on Sunday, October 16th, 2022 at 8:00 am
Pricing - $30 until September 1st, $40 afterward. Online registration will close on Saturday, October 15th at 11:59 pm. There is no race day registration.  
·       Special pricing for families/groups of 3 or more people who sign up at the same time, save $3 per person.   
T-shirt - Participants who register by September 30th will be guaranteed a t-shirt. Shirts are available after that date as supplies last. T-shirts are available in sizes Youth size s, m, l, and Adult sizes S through XXL
Medal to top 3 males and females in age groups:  14 and under 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.  Awards will be available immediately at the awards table.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live during the race and online at this website.
Williamstown Township Park trails will offer racers a family-friendly course. Enjoy a beautiful, wooded park with dirt and grass trails and scenic vistas. Witness the beginnings of a 12-acre forest planted in 2022!
Our Race Marshall will ensure a marked, safe, and enjoyable experience 
Williamston Sunrise and Satellite Rotarians will offer the best trackside bagels, bananas, water, coffee, and cheer you on!
Additional Fun:  Stay for a full day of events: Williamston area fun at Harvest Moon Festival on the eve of the Full Harvest Moon, activities for children, a pet-friendly atmosphere, food trucks, an annual historical tour, foodie-friendly downtown, and more!
­­­Proceeds: In partnership with Williamston Sunrise Rotary, Satellite Rotarians, and Williamstown Township Parks and Recreation, Williamstown Township, the proceeds will benefit Williamston area parks, recreation, beautification, natural surroundings, and climate stewardship. Including:
  • Enhance universal accessibility for enjoyment and comfort at parks
  • Preserve and protect natural spaces and healing environments 
  • Safeguard waterways for kayak, canoe, and fishing enthusiasts
  • Promote healthier lifestyles through outdoor activity 
  • Instill stewardship for climate responsibility 
The following groups may submit a grant application to the Williamston Sunrise Rotary for benefits; Williamstown Township Parks and Recreation, Williamston Parks and Recreation, Friends of Williamston Parks, Williamston Area Beautification Fund, Adopt a River, Friends of the Red Cedar
