Summer Track At Albertus Magnus and Tallman State Park May 31 - Aug 30
RRR offers summer track workouts for all fitness levels, overseen by our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff. Our coach, Ray Kondracki is prepared with a variety of challenging, but enjoyable workouts. Runners of all fitness levels can benefit from these summer sessions which have proven to lower your race times at all distances. Getting faster is just as important to a beginner as it is to a highly competitive runner. Additional benefits include aerobic and muscular fitness, race pacing and confidence within your training level. Our experienced staff is also available to answer your individual training questions before, during and after workouts.
Our 2022 sessions will take place in two locations. Between July 5th and August 16th we'll be using the High School Track at Albertus Magnus in Bardonia. All other workouts will be at Tallman State Park in Sparkill.
We suggest that you arrive early to allow time to stretch and warm up before the speed part of the workout starts at 7:00pm! There are not bathrooms or changing rooms at Albertus Magnus, so come prepared. The Club will provide water and Gatorade.
We often conduct workouts in light rain. Workouts may be cancelled however, when severe weather conditions exist. Last minute changes and cancellations will be communicated by e-mail to all registered participants and also posted to our social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
