The mission of the Pediatric Retinal Research Foundation (PRRF) is to support the community of families impacted by blinding pediatric retinal diseases and champion the quest for a cure. All proceeds raised from the 4th annual Hope for Vision Walk/Run will benefit research initiatives and community programs.

About the Event
We invite you to gather your friends, family and co-workers to form a Walk/Run team or join as an individual participant. This is a family-friendly fun walk/run open to all ages and abilities. The run will NOT be timed, but race bibs will be provided to all participants.
Participants can walk or run up to 6.2 miles on a paved trail loop at Stoney Creek Metropark. Each mile will be marked along the trail for easy tracking & turn-around points. Virtual participants can choose the distance of their Walk or Run as well.
We invite ALL participants - virtual and in person - to join the post-event LIVE program. Details on how to join will be emailed to all virtual participants in advance.

How do I create a team?
During registration, you will setup a team name. Share your team name with others so when they go to register, they look for your team name to join.
Do all team members have to run/walk together?
No, that is the great part about a virtual race! Each team member can walk/run at their own pace on their own time.
Do all team members have to do the same distance?
No, each team member can choose to do their own distance.
How do I print my bib?
Once you register, go to your profile page and scroll down to the event listed. On the right, click "View Digital Bib." Participants attending in person will be provided a bib at registration.
Do I have to submit my time to get my swag?
This is NOT a timed race, so your medal and shirt (if purchased) will be mailed to you regardless.
Will I receive a Walk/Run t-shirt?
Participants who fundraise $100 or more will receive a voucher to order their FREE Walk/Run t-shirt online. We will also offer fun and exciting prizes the week leading up to the Walk/Run for participation in our new Walk/Run Week Festivities.
When will I get my medal and/or shirt?
Medals will start to ship the first week of August through the end of the Walk/Run. Shirts ordered by August 7th will arrive in time for the Walk/Run. Shirts ordered after August 7th will ship out as quickly as possible, but are not guaranteed delivery by Walk/Run day.
