Event Description

This run was designed to introduce you to the beauty of Montana's farms and ranches as well as educate the running community about the importance of agriculture and land stewardship.  

The course runs approximately 25 miles through 3 multi-generation ranches and US National Forest and runs deep into the heart of the Castle Mountains.  It is broken up into 5 legs, all approximately 5 miles long, but the course is such that it can be run solo OR with a team of 2-5 members.  

A free beef meal and cold beer await you at the finish line and fun snacks at each exchange.

The course starts at a mile high and moves up to approximately 7,200 feet elevation a little over half way through, but if ran as a relay, it offers legs of all different levels of difficulty.
