Event Description

The inaugural Bull Run 5k in memory of Robert "Bull" Jarosinski.  Race day registration starts at 7:30 am at the former Freeport Junior High School.  The course starts at the Jr. High School, proceeds through the town of Freeport and finishes in the James Swartz Memorial Field (former high school football field) where Bull played high school football.

All proceeds will benefit a local family or person who have been diagnosed with cancer.  Cancer is a diagnosis, not who you are.

The race will be held in conjunction with the Freeport Renaissance September by the River Festival at Freeport Riverside Park, September 17-18, 2022.  Stop by the festival after the race for food and entertainment.
