Event Description

The 32nd Annual Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge is a 6K uphill run/walk presented by the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. For 30+ years, runners and walkers from around the world have been taking on the challenge. Participants climb 2000 vertical feet in just over 3.7 miles. All finishers receive a customized finishers medal, shirt and breakfast. This event benefits the United Way of the Desert.

Confirmation:
All pre-registered participants will receive an email from us about two weeks before the event with all the detailed information needed for race weekend including packet pick up location and times.

Directions to the Palm Springs Aerial Tram Way:
From Interstate 10, exit at North Indian Canyon Drive, Turn right at W. San Rafael Dr and continue onto Tramway Rd.

From Highway 111, Turn right at North Palm Canyon, left at Tramway Rd.

Schedule:

Packet Pick Up & Registration - There will be t-shirt and packet pick up on Thursday, October 26th, from 2:00pm-6:00pm and Friday, October 27th, from
10:00am-5:00pm at the Palm Springs Running Wild Store located at 611 South Palm Canyon Drive Suite 10, in the Sun Center. Packets can also be picked up on
race morning starting at 5:15am at the bottom of the Tram Road.

The Run/Walk starts at 7:00am sharp, please arrive early!! We expect a large crowd.
