Event Description

A high-energy fitness challenge with running and obstacles that will test your strength, balance, endurance and mental toughness!!

About this event
Challenge Day will include:

1. 4-6 stations with 10-20 reps of every exercise, obstacles and run in between
2. 2 judges at every station to ensure safety and performance
3. 2 people per wave every 8-10 min
4. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and females for fastest time

Every participant will receive:

1. 4 FREE weeks of training on the TriCore Wellness app, this includes fitness, nutrition and recovery techniques. Ask the trainer questions and engage with other participants anytime. (check your email after you register for instructions on how to gain access)

6. Hydration and snacks will be provided but bring extra if needed

Come early for a group warm-up session. Spectators are welcome for FREE!
